- Identity: Full name
- Contact: Email address, phone number
- Customer transactions: Order records, licence details, payment status
- Transaction security: IP address, session records, browser information
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to establish and perform the membership agreement, complete purchases, deliver licences, provide support services, issue invoices, meet legal obligations and ensure information security.
4. Legal grounds
- Necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
- Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
- Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f)
- Your explicit consent (for optional communications)
5. Transfers
Your data may be transferred to the suppliers providing our hosting, payment and email services, to the extent the service requires, and to legally authorised public authorities.
6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing and to claim compensation for damages.
